An Example of Poor Bullet Registration in MW3

I'm sure a number of players are having problems with connection in MW3 but this example shows how I feel about the poor bullet registration in the game:

I shoot first, get many hitmarkers and suddenly from nowhere, I die in a flash.
However, on the killcam, I'm shooting in a completely different direction or my bullets aren't doing any damage to the player (despite the fact I get hitmarkers)
This isn't frame rate lag, it's more to do with sync issues like Black Ops but much worse in my opinion. (because of higher bullet damage)
Also, this is the commentators connection:

This seems to be an ongoing problem when I'm host and frome time to time (4 barring) so I have forced myself to somewhat prevent measures to get host.
These issues rarely happened in MW2 but ever since COD Elite & Theater has been implemented in the game, it's placed strains on my host connection.
I have disabled Theater which doesn't make the slighest difference.
it happend to me all the time with the ACR, i start shooting knowing that the enemy is coming and i just die without getting not even one hitmarker with the iron sight on the other player, alson i have full bar all the time and still happend so my question is WHAT THE F*CK THE DID TO THIS GAME>?
It happens more often than I would like with my ACR and especially the Smaw. Direct impact rocket shots and many head hit markers and I still get lit up like I never played the game before. It's disappointing because this was my first online game so I had to practice to get goo, and it seems like the later the game exists, the easier it is for less skilled players to do better. Host or not I have been having this problem since last March and cod hasn't done anything to improve, despite my many conversations with activision representatives.
