Unenlisted?

So I'm not crazy... last night I enlisted my clan (a new, small one, with just friends) in two clan challenges: rampage busybody (both of which started today). I specifically remember checking my clan page and the clan operations tab therein to doublecheck we were enlisted. When I signed on to start playing today, on Elite it says my clan wasn't enlisted.

 

I have 15 lone wolf gold badges... in other words I know how to properly enlist in competitions like this. Has anyone else seemingly been unenlisted from a competition? This makes no sense... apparently we're going to be a level two clan for a little while longer! =/

    Same here (Domination Points Challenge).  This is the first time for a Clan Challenge.  Has happen to me 3 times before with Clan Ops, though.

    ye same here

    enlisted in both most dom points accolade and most kills both said that i was enlisted  and iv just went to look at the scores and we are not enlisted anymore ?? its not just the clan challenges this has happened on clan ops aswell ie:- getting a silver when we have come in the top 10% or a bronze went we come in the top 25% this has to be sortted and the clan xp given to us (2 weeks now), someone from elite,sledgehammer,infinity ward or activision need to sort this out

      Yes this has to be sorted, I have the exact same problem with the 2 challenges that started today. Also my Clan feed is malfunctioning and we still havnt received the XP and badge from last weeks challenge. Scoreboards are unavailble for a lot of the daily challenges as well.

      Elite is so messed up right now, do you really expect us to pay out for memberships next year?

    Clan "SKiP US" on PS3 have the same issue with the two clan challenge ( Domination Points Challenge) and (Total Kills). I have enlisted them and once the challenge started, we are unenlisted!

      It's pretty frustrating, especially when these challenges are easy exp. They should be at least, if they were to even work!

       

      And that's a good point... why would we pay $50 for a service that doesn't even work properly?

    whats ******* wrong Ive enlisted my clan yesterday for all 18 clan challenge and now they not enlisted!!!

    Same for me,no xp for Most Kills Confirmed and unenlisted for todays activity!

      They are aware of the Kill Confirmed issue and the past challenges.

       

      I am stuck with unenlisted with the domination challenge and i know i enlisted..

       

      So do we still do the challenges? Cus i dont want to waste my time.

    My clan faced the same thing this AM, luckily I got on in time to re enlist in rampage, but locked out of busybody.

    this has been happening to me on and off for awhile now and they never give any answers when you send them messages and such tell me again why did we pay for elite again

    My Fiancee and clan member posted this on another page about the enlistings of clan challenges, hope it helps a bit...

     

    "Lol glad we are not the only ones... the clan that I am a part of has had this happen to them too! This is what a Customer Service Rep told me...

     

    "The Elite site is currently in Beta. That means an incomplete version was released to the public so that the community can test out the feature and find errors like this"

     

    Needless to say I sent and extremely long and pished off message!

     

    Why on earth would they release an "incomplete" "test" to the community to check for errors? Surely they should be doing that before releasing anything!

     

    As a new clan, this has affected us majorly as we are trying to gain XP and level up, they screwed us last week with the miscalculation of badge tiers (we were awarded silver instead of gold, even a customer service rep said we should have had gold) and now they have taken away our enlistment.

     

    They said to continue to play in the hope that its "just a display error", wooo so we MIGHT get the XP after all Flippin' joke!"

      At least you got a response. But what is worse is that we all paid money for this "beta!" If this service wasn't ready for release we should not have been charged for it!

       

      Anyway... I messaged Beachhead on here about the issue, and although they didn't respond, they did reenlist my clan in both the challenges. The Rampage challenge (total kills) isn't a big deal, however, we they put us in the Busybody (most points captured accolade) after it had already started and it was too late for us to even get all the accolades we needed! Now we are stuck with a stupid Tier 1 badge on our page. What a joke.

    This happened to my clan for the Co-Op Warriors Clan Op on 9-9 so idk whats up.  Other then that, everything has been running smoothly

    I messaged Beachhead again regarding the "loser badge" as I put it that came as a result of their poor support and communication but have yet to receive a reply. The badge is still there despite my request that they remove it as well as the clan exp gained along with it. I will keep you guys updated. In the meantime if you have this problem, PM Beachhead about it and maybe you'll be lucky enough for them to do something about it.
