Callsign Not Updating Previous COD Prestiges

Ok so i've been playing mw2 to prestige so all my previous COD's are prestiged but it is not displaying on my MW3 callsign. When i prestiged on black ops it immediately updated & i was given a token, now this was 3 days ago i prestiged on mw2 so it should have well updated by now. Why is this happening?

Please can someone help?

Not a clue but I have seen others that have had this issue. Generally speaking they had to ask Activision for help.
