What's Your Favorite of All the MW3 DLC Since Launch?

Hi All, I had previously reviewed Parish and Boardwalk, in this vid I review Gulch - which is my favorite of all the DLC since launch.

I love the hilliness, scenery and openness of the map, I hope it joins the Groundwar rotation (not sure if it has) as I think it'd play great 9v9. Let me know your thoughts on Gulch, and also which map is your favorite of all the DLC and what's your opinion on MW3 DLC as a whole.

i like gulch but i feel they missed a chance with this map if you look around there are plenty of good sniper spots but with no access to them.

im stuck between gulch and overwatch for my favorite map

  gulch is def my fav of all the dlc maps although given the poor quality of them thats not really saying alot.
  
  I agree with you though theres a few really good places i thought oh awesome spot to snipe from but you just cant get to them.
  
  the reason gulch works so well is it followes the tried and tested rules for map design, uncluttered, good lines of sight, caters to wide play styles, works on all modes and has three distinct routes

    agreed on all those points about making a good map. So much clutter on the typical MW3 map...Gulch looks like it was designed by Treyarch and given to IW as a gift

  I used to love Overwatch. I think I might just be a little sick of it after playing tons of games on there,it was one of the earlier DLC drops

Piazza is my favorite. Played really well on Demolition, HQ and CTF. I haven't played much lately so Gulch is still new to me but I had some great HQ and Demo games on that map. Parish is fun for HQ and CTF but it's so small that the spawns get a little crazy. Boardwalk isn't as bad as Decommision but it still sucks. I've only played a few games on there and it was not fun.

The new map collection IMO has the best ones by far.

On another note....

You say you ran after each tag and you picked up a lot.... You picked up 6 and you didn't really show much of the map considering the topic is about maps and this being your favourite... Just a thought.

  Gulch is a very entertaing map and looking forward to playing Turbine on BO2. I really like all three new dlc maps. They did a really great job with the maps. Good Vid Super.

Overwatch is my favourite out of all the DLC maps.

I like the flanking routes & the levels on the map. Great for different playstyles.

1) Oasis
2) Offshore
3) Piazza

  I really liked Oasis, but just got sick of it after awhile, played it sooo many times, and loved it. Piazza I'm not so fond of. I feel the same way about Offshore as I feel about Oasis actually. Both GREAT Domination maps, not as good in TDM or KC (those 3 are the main modes I play). Offshore is probably the best map in the game to soundwhore.
  
  I liked Boardwalk at first and still think it's a good Domination map, but terrible IMO in TDM or KC. The teams usually spawn at either end of the boardwalk and it's a long map length-wise. It's a pain on the spawn flips to have to run to the other side of the map. At least on Dom the teams gravitate towards B and there's fights around/for the flags.

    I like Oasis because it's perfectly laid out for my shotgun classes - looove my KSG-12 .
    
    As for Offshore - oddly/coincidentally, a few months back someone posted a thread on here asking what kind of map we'd design for MW3 if we were allowed to. My idea was for an offshore, two-story oil rig, with rough seas and potential for rain. I called it Rig. It was a freakin' Twilight Zone moment for me when I saw the Offshore map announced.
    'Course it's also great for the scatterguns.

personally i love the last 3 but hate...hate...hate.. the fact that i have to play them in that stupid moshpit format. i sure hope 3Arch doesn't make the same mistake.

  You don't have to, they're in the regular rotation, Parish is even in Groundwar which is ridiculous

Getaway: It's one snazzy looking house. I love playing in the pool.

Intersection: Again, a map for me and my friends to knock off. Rocket wars on the basketball court!

Parish: Really intense close-quarters map.

Boardwalk. DDR. 'nough said.
