This problem started yesterday after having some lag, and restarted game> I open MW3 exe, goes in, I click play, and after about 2min of waiting Pop-up saying: Call of Duty MW server is not available at this time, please try again later or visit http://callofduty.......

Please someone advise, is server down, or what can i do? ive reset routers and refresh internet settings! HELP!!!
