BOII and Elite Premium

If we get Elite Premium will we still get nuketown zombies...and the other stuff unlocked with the challenge tokens?

    we dont even know how Elite 2.0 will work its possible DLC will be seperate and for the 100th time no, you want NT Zombies and everything else you need hardened/prestige otherwise wha would the point be in the special editions
