Servers Down For Black Ops?

I was having a Issue on mw3 and Black Ops were it said the servers were down then later on in the day my mw3 started to work but my black ops still says the servers are down like WTF? I have ATT uverse

I have found another post about this and it seems AT&T Uverse members are experiencing server problems. I also have Uverse and its really quite annoying..
