Dont you think zombies should have ranks?

it would be preaty cool if zombies had ranks you know like in multiplyer! i dont know how they would do this but in a way it should. the hier you are the better like in MW3 survival u start out with the worst guns and when u ranke up u unluck more and more!!!!! like you unlock  more wepones for the box and then they become gold or something and then the start adding attacments!!! like in MW3 how u get to choose the killstreak you whant to unlock in zombies you get to choose the atachment you whant to unlock or camo!!!! PLZZZZZZZ LIKE! AND DONT FORGET TO COMMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    maybe the ranks can unlock new weapons for the box,so you don't start with strong weapon.

    i don't know if you understand,but if one spawn in the game with one weapon overpowered the game is too easy,so...

    the first time you play,you play with poor weapon,more you level up and more strong weapons you unlock for the box,i don't know if you like the idea.

    anyway i like the ranks,zombies should have ranks,on iOS there is.

      I dont think a theater mode could be implented into zombies due to the length some of the games go to.

       

      To have a ranking system could be good but only if it could be used in a way that it couldnt hurt newer players. The MW3 survival was okay because you could just play the easiest map until you hit 50.

    Honestly, I don't want prestige modes for zombies.  That should stick with multiplayer.  Maybe they could have sub levels where you have to have 100 subs to make level one, and so on.  Have these levels transferrable from game to game and have an infinite number of levels.  Of course, it would be very difficult on Treyarch, so idk how they are going to do it. Some things I want to see are certain roles you can choose for yourself.

    Ex.

    1. Damage- you have more bullet damage

    2. Revive- always be able to revive fast.

    3. Sprint- you could run a lot faster.  Buying speed cola could enhance this perk.

    4. Knife- become an expert at the knife increasing mele speed and damage.

      Just stuff sorta like that, but you can only choose one.

    I have no idea what they could do with the leveling system.  Maybe if they have massive multiplayer missions, such as search and rescue, you could have teams go in and save people, while having people back at the ship, flying it and gunning.  The higher rank you are, the more freedom you have to choose what you are doing on a mission.  That's my thoughts.

      I know this mod, I used to be a beta tester for realism 2.2 and some features were my ideas like getting perks via killstreaks. You get all perks and perk upgrades after over 1000 kills. 1 idea I had for medic class was "shoot to revive" ability and implement beretta sniper, but the modder stoped to work further on this mod. But it's still a great and fun mod for codwaw. He wanted to continue a new realism mod for BO, but the modtools for BO lacks of radiant which made many mappers and modders to keep staying only wth codwaw... shame.

      I would like it so you cna have a rank, just not earn anything for it, you know, just to boast to your friends about how high a rank you are on zombies.

    Yes, in a way i agree, On the other hand I would strongly say no due to the fact that its going to be hard to get in a game because people are just looking for the best people to play and thate would be a time problem

    Not a bad idea.in my opinion its like this.....in round 1 there are lv.1 zombies that are weak. the highest they can go is lv.10 each level zombie can have its own ability like run faster or sonic scream or fasterhits or stronger hits etc. they should have a game mode about this!!!! lol!!! but that is a good idea.

    I've read some terrible ideas about ranking, and the MW3 part makes this one of the worst. How in earth would a real zombiefan wanna destroy the only thing about COD thats fun to without to much of the epic COD brand fails. MW3 survival was terrible at any aspect,

    - boring

    - no good tactical random player

    - ranking

    - lag

    - account saving on the PS

    - ...

     

    If they turn zombies into MW3 survival they better not planning another COD cause they won't have any fans left.

      I agree, but not because MW3 sucks, you sir are clearly just a black ops fanboy.

       

      But yes some kind of ranking system should be implemented, but done so very very carefully. Firstly you can't change anything concrete about the game, otherwise it will be completly ****. Zombies is about everyone starting out equal and having the same chance of survival. Therefore you can't change things like what weapons you get, otherwise it will just be too imbalanced, and destroy the entire concept of zombies mode. As for attatchments, yes and no, i think it would be reasonable to say that as you rank up you could unlock the ability to pick the attactchment when you pack a punch the gun. E.g reach rank 41. : You can now choose your attatchment for the RPK.

       

      Other unlocks should be purely cosmetic, e.g clothing or weapon skins. And maybe, MAYBE unlocking certain pro perks at certain levels, although even i think thats pushing the balance.

       

      The most important thing to come out of the ranking system should be the ability to play with similar ranked players, but hey those are just my thoughts.

        Still the only thing needed is the leaderboards and no meaningless ranking system that doesn't mean anything anymore after 6 months that the game is out.

         

        The should make the leaderboards smarter to reconize thing that aren't right. Like for example somebody with rank +30 but with just 100-300 kills and points lower than a max round player of 20, red flag for a leech to warn the community.

         

        I once placed on one of these threads is reward the skilled players with some title or emblem editor stuff, something that everybody would want to have don't can play without. Like:

        - reach to round 40 on a map

        - survive 25 rounds without dying

        - do the EE on map (no title but a small emblem award)

        - 500 heatshot in 1 game

        - ...

        Thing that are really hard to do or get and no things that can be boosted like 100 revives in 1 game.

    Im not sure if that would be good but they should integrate the league lobby like they have for BO2 MP.

     

    For those of you that dont know what that is, it is where they match you up to people who are on your level. So if you are a noob then they put you with other noobs for fair gameplay.

     

    I am a zombie veteren and I play custom zombies till this day. So I know what I'm doing in zombies and would like to play with people as good as me.

    add ranking yes, but DONT make it mean anything. just a ruff indicater to how long the player played zombies and how good they are. dont have anything to do with unlocking weapons.

    but what i would like is a player card similar to black ops that shows you your kills, kills with each weapon downs, downs with each weapon. the number of times you've paped each weapon and so on

    they do this and i will be happy no mater what

    i would like ranking up but it does not change any thing in zombies. that you will gonna have the some things no matter which level are you on. but it shows how good you are like when you go down you lose XP but when you kill a zombie and you get to high rouns you gain XP. and when you level up the only thing that you can change is the weapon como.

    I agree with ranking completely, I even agree with rewards with rank that give an advantage during play. I'm not aure what advantages, as they would have to put in more gameplay aspects and who knows what they are doing.

    I don't like your idea. What if someone decides to play again after 2 months or so. The other players won't be defending him/her...they'll be stealing his or her kills. Nobody likes having their kills taken. Besides, how will you acheive higher rounds with low ranking guns with horrible or inefective attachments? You can't rank up in private match.

     

    Everyone was upset MW3 didn't have Zombies...and now you're trying to turn Zombies into something its not. All I want is bigger and more interesting maps with more playable characters along with a larger maximum number of players. You can't just pitch ideas that won't be fair to others if it is turned into a reality.
