This is Killing the Call of Duty Community

Call of Duty Multiplayer is supposed to be about having fun and playing competitive battles.

There are so many people out there that only care about their own personal stats and K/D that they ruin the game for everyone else.

I made a video showing this, hopefully it will help prove my point.

I'm not even going to blame IW for this. I know mistakes happen and its almost impossible to fix all glitches.

It's the responsibility of the person playing to not be such a tool.

  Yeah, luckily faceoff is Core so I could watch the killcam and find him. In Hardcore he couldve sat out there the whole game.

    I didn't even think about HC. More 'Madoff's" of the world exploiting things because they cannot succeed honestly. Pathetic if you ask me.

I do not understand why you believe your definition of fun is shared by everyone.

I'm not even going to blame IW for this. I know mistakes happen and its almost impossible to fix all glitches.
It's the responsibility of the person playing to not be such a tool.
Im not sure what that was, but if that was a glitch exploit then report the guy and hopefully he gets banned.

But don't presume that everyone will play the game as you deem fit, a cheater should be banned for life. If someone is playing to increase their stats that's what they want, its part of the game.

  I do not want to generalize and state that everyone shares my same views on fun.
  I am just speaking of my personal opinion and those of my friends that I play with.
  
  I am open to hearing everyones take on this. What do you find fun about the game and what issues currently in the game make it not fun for you?

    I find the game itself fun, how each game is different. How each player attempts at "virtually killing" the other team. The strategic aspect of the game, what works what doesn't, what do I do to combat the corner hugger, the rusher, quickscopper, all that is thrown at me during a game.
    
    I grew up on war based cartoons, Gi Joe, transformers, Robotech, etc so playing "war" is still part of me. This game allows that, even with its imperfections.

      I completely agree with you. I find so many aspects of the game fun.
      
      What I was trying to say is that someone who exploits the glitches in the game for their benefit can ruin the game for others.
      
      I have yet to run into anyone that would say they would be completely fine having players on the enemy team be able to go in places in the map where they themselves can't go or have the enemy be able to kill them without being able to shoot back in some cases.

        That glitch you found you must report it to the developers through a private message, thats the only way it will stop and they can bann the person.

I wondered how they were getting out on Vortex. Hopefully, one of the moderators will forward the link to IW so that they can patch it soon. I reported a couple of players for doing this very thing just this week. I didn't say anything to the players about it but one of them had the nerve to send me a message after I left the game saying, "it's not my fault that they didn't patch it." I didn't respond but I thought to myself well, it's going to be my fault when you get banned for 48 hours and reset. If only there was a way to get a capture shot of their faces when they first get the news. Now that would be priceless!

    A smilar video with Vortex is on DW247 and it looks like an IW enforcer is on that site so they know. Shame because I was going to look into this map if it's available as a standard map, ratehr than just Face Off.
