You're an idiot. The bars you see are a repesentation of your ping to the host. It has NOTHING to do with how good or bad your internet speeds are. You can feisibly go from a 1 to 4 bar between matches if a new host is chosen. This isn't entriely common because he way a host is chosen is by judging who has the best overall ping to everyone else in the lobby. That may quite possibly be one of the dumbest things anyone has EVER said on thses forums.

Dude, don't waste your time. If Treyarch wont fix a glitch that frezes the whole console when some shoots a riot shield, they wont patch anything on your list.
