Found my own team-mates destroying my equipment in game to boost. (Note: This is only being done in Hardcore mode only). Not sure which of the following equipment helps boost sitrep. I'm just sick of team-mates destroying equipment I'm trying to use in game. Here's a list of Equipment that is being destroyed by own team-mates which includes Bouncing betty, Claymore, C4, Portable Radar, Tactical Insertion, Trophy System, Scrambler, I.M.S., Sentry Gun, Ballistic Vests, Sam Turret, and Remote Sentry are all of what can be destroyed. They need to fix this problem to stop people from boosting sitrep. Either prevent the equipment from being destroyed. Or patch it to where it instantly kills the team-mate trying to destroy your equipment.
Well they are dumb as hell becuz it only works with claymores and trophy system might work with tacs and betties but any kill streak isnt consider equipment so it would do them no good.

Tac inserts count for SitRep, too. Also, everything else except the vests count toward their killstreak points, which is why most of them do it.
I didn't realize it helped with Sit Rep... if it does thats a travesty.
But I have seen it happen too many times as a HC only player. So, explain to me, why can a teammate run into my fire on purpose and I die... yet can destroy my equipment purposefully without any penalty to them?
Ricochet was a huge mistake in this game. In Black Ops Trolls were easy to deal with. They got their three TKs and were booted, in MW3 there is no recourse. I usually report players who do this as "exploiting" in game. Not sure if that does any good but they are effecting the outcome of the game by doing what they are doing.
It's because they're too lazy to go into core games and search these items out, probably too interested in keeping their kd high and out of killstreaks I think IMS is the only one that counts, because it shows red when using sit rep.
