I know that a couple of days i had to call microsoft to see what was the problem cause MW3 and another game seemed as if they were both broke and they said Activision servers were down. With the way things have been like since then i would say they have not completly fixed the problem.....
call your IPS, and have them reset your data, you might of went over the month before if you run Netflix on your ps3. Had the same problem finally resolved it.
