Thank you to everyone who has participated in our Clan Challenge BETA. Your response has been vital in improving this feature as we work to expand it to further territories. We wanted to update you on some the issues we're addressing in 7/31's hot fix and addressed in 7/30's update.
Addressing with 7/31's hotfix:
- 404's when visiting Clan Challenge pages: Part of this hot fix is dependant on your browser cache so please be sure to clear you cookies and cache and then reboot your browser before trying again. If you're still receiving 404's when trying to access the page, please PM me your Gamertag, Territory, Language and browsers tried.
Addressed in 7/30s update:
- Negative accolade counts: The root cause of this was due to suspensions/bans from Code of Conduct violations.
- Free members scores not counting: This has been corrected. Everyone in your clan, Free or Premium, will count as long as you have one Premium clan member in your clan at time of enlistment.
- Only the top 6 Premium members not counting: This has been corrected as well so your entire Clan is counted.
