I like the ACR silenced, it's an absolute stonking weapon. I don't tend to use it all that much but do enjoy it's killing efficiency. The main reason I don't tend to use it as it makes my life difficult when I jump from it to an AK47. I love the AK but it takes a while to get used to after using the ACR.

I guess there is no denying its slightly OP and certainly over used along with the pp and mp7. I am a firm believer that the other ARs are just as usable and effective. The problem is they require getting used to while the ACR is more pick up and play.

The only flawed gun is the m16. And I can assure u it's not as bad as most assume. I went thru a small period of using it on my 2nd account and yes it was frustrating, but kinda rewarding when u did well. I probably averaged a 2.2KD with it which is pretty decent. Best gun streak with it so far is 21. More than usable if u play in the correct style.

People need to try more weapons out!! There are some cracking alternatives out their that I can kill with just as well as the ACR!

Or, they just don't want to be heard or seen on the HUD when they kill people like you. I've got the ACR in the reserves for those kinda games. But either way, who cares if people wanna run silencer on the guns? I swear, people will find any reason, no matter how little or STUPID the issue is may be.

although i agree with you (when you say you use whatever you want), i think that what asianman12 is trying to say is how can you use the same gun for so long. i mean, i have the acr and the mp7 with gold, but i also have the m4a1, the p90 the pp90 the ump45 the pm-9 the mp5 the ak-47 the FAD and the scar. what im trying to say is even if you are free to use whatever you want, in the end your just playing the game in easy mode with the easiest gun to use, theres no challenge at all.

PS: i dont know why ppl use the acr so much when the g36c is statistically superior in so many aspects

In a community that strives for KD, dying is counter-productive.

I think it depends on what your goals are. I was in a clan ops and someone was running around with a silenced ACR and dual FMGs.

After the game people called him out (of course) for using the most overused, overpowered blah blah blah.

His response: "I am going after the most ,kills in the least amount of time... it is clan ops! Does it not make sense to use the guns that give you the best chance for doing so?"

The lobby went (almost) silent.

If you are looking to get guns gold: switch it up

If you are looking to change up your game: switch it up

If you are looking to: get a better KD, secure more wins, rank up better on leaderboards, etc etc etc...

Use the guns that will get you there.  If someone complains, I use the "walk in my shoes" answer:

"Don't like the way I play, buy my game and I will play however you want"

- the funny thing is, people will often refute that response which makes no sense. Why I should I play how <you> want, just because <you> said so?
