I'm playing Black Ops on PC but my internet connection is terrible.

I've forwarded ports through my router but I have the problem of when I start playing it's fine but every now and then the game stops and it flicks to my Steam page on windows and then goes back to the game

MW3 plays ok so why not this?

If anyone can help please
