How to make ELITE less confusing.

MW3's DLC is annoyingly confusing. This is how drops 1-5 and collection 1 turned out:

 

Month 1: ELITE drop 1 comes out on Xbox.

 

Month 2: ELITE drop 1 comes out on PS3. DLC ELITE drop 2 comes out on Xbox.

 

Month 3: ELITE drop 2 comes out on PS3. DLC ELITE drop 3 comes out on Xbox. Collection 1 comes out on Xbox.

 

Month 4: ELITE drop 3 comes out on PS3. Collection 1 comes out on PS3. ELITE drop 4 comes out on Xbox.

 

Month 5: Collection 1 finally arrives on PC. ELITE drop 5 comes out on Xbox. ELITE drop 4 comes out on PS3.

 

*note: Collection 2 came out on Xbox on month 5 as well. I got so confused I forgot.

 

 

If you managed to keep track of that the first time reading congratulations. To make ELITE easier to understand they should:

 

1. Release ELITE on PC.

 

2. Ditch the drops and release the Collections (map packs) on month early for ELITE premium members on their respective platforms.

 

 

I probably should have posted this in ELITE but never mind.

    I hope they do something other than content drops every month. It is horrible and a rip off and game destroyer.

    They need to label the DLC better and inform the community of what's going on. Robbie has a post going right now I think you should look at

    I am soo ticked off right now. I have been able to play the game due to time off from work. Yet I can t play DLC due to horrible matchmaking.

    Actually, ELITE isn't that confusing. The whole point to make is undestandable was w/ the content calendar. It clearly outlines the season of content we were expected to get.

     

    BHS has confirmed that no premium offerring of ELITE will be ever available for PC due to security issues, but a free offerring is almost ready.

     

    I, personally, like this new way, because you don't get a whole 5 maps in one month, You get seperated drops, and get you actaully play each map. With collections before, sometimes, you may never play one of the maps in the collection.

    I'm not confused by Elite. I can't get a game in an elite play list to save my life. So I ignore it. Shame I paid for it.

     

    The content season can't be doing well, with so few people playing it (when I play anyway, less than 2000).

     

    For that reason alone I would be surprised if future DLC follows the same format.

      That's funny because when I try to play elite games it works fine but when I look for games without DLC it doesn't work.
