I can't download the new elite map off-shore so therefor I can't play any of the new maps and when I go to download it I go to the dashboard to let it load and then as soon as I do it says it's loaded and then I go to play it and it say's I haven't downloaded it yet Please help.

And yes I am a elite premium member.
