Sending class change via elite makes my game freeze

I sent a class change to my game from elite web site. After i logged on to xbox live and go to start a game wihtin 10 seconds of clicking xbox live for a match instead of getting an option to accept changes my screen freezes. If i hit xbox button i can dashboard but, the game doesnt recover. I tried deletign elite and the game from my HDD (250G with plenty of space) then when that didnt work I recovered my profile and same thing.

 

Is there a way to kill the game changes sent to stop this from happening?

 

thanks ... No biggie Ill just be playing BF3 untill this gets fixed but, its pretty lame...

    Awsome more confirmation tat I wasted my money and time with both MW3 and Elite...... Thankfully BF3 doesnt suck! and you actually get something for primium and it works....

     

    can i please just get my money back and ill only charge you 100.00 an hour for wasting my ******* time playing your **** game and you **** service that doesnt even work! awsome how does the better business buero not shut your ass down?

     

    thanks for the no response apparently customer service and customer experience doesnt mean **** to you.
