sorry all, but i feel like recon is overused, so i run assassin and blind eye, but i rather wouldn't! i think that recon should only be available in the support killstreak category! yay or nay!? devs?

huh?

Recon is a perk, not a killstreak... do you mean UAV?

Use Stalker (pro). it'll reduce the effectiveness of Recon!

  I believe the OP is taking about uavs. I agree make the assault uav personal and Up the uav to 6 in support and cuav too. Then alter marksman to scout pro (should be a sniper perk not Christmas tree for AR users to easily pick off everybody, getting a kill long range shoudl be about skill and spotting someone as well), remove the heartbeat sensor and portable radar (talentless free radars forcing people to run assassin) & viola good perk diversity in the second tier. The emp should be reduced to 30 seconds and not work on a moab.

    I usually agree with you, but the UAV shouldn't be personal. But yeah, UAV, AUAV, portable radars, heartbeat sensors, Recon (Perk) is a little too much, I don't like running assassin but lately I've been using sitrep and there's portable radars everywhere. I got tired of it so I use it on most of my classes as well, can't fight 'em; join em, am I right? - I posted about how they needed a nerf a while ago but everyone started flaming. Lower the area is the best solution imo, but you can also reduce the scans per minute or something.

Surely UAV's are a bigger problem in support as you can die as much as you want and get constant UAV's every 3/4 kills if you only run that killstreak.

Hey that's is what i do when i just prestige, as i've got none of my guns, perks or equipment.

To my surprise i even managed a support UAV Moab
