i believe the word on the street / you tube videos is that quick scoping is in MW3. atleast, thats what mah very obsessed friends are saying lol.

If it gets too bad, theyll prolly add in a secret patch to increase bullet lag on snipers or lower the power or something along that line

no need to balance something thats not overpowered/overused..

You're right, balanced stuff doesn't need to be balanced.

But quickscoping isn't balanced.

You do shoot in the middle.

A pistol should be better than a "snipe" at close range. That's why they give you a pistol.
