Our Elite clan hacked.Need Help

Our clan was called xtreme pulse and belongs to our leader ITBAGNOOBS96. A guy called iiXx-_SOCCER_-xX  hacked our clan yesterday morning  and became leader when we were gonna start the clan ops. He changed the clan name to NsTy Krew 2 and clan tag to xQSz .He's been taunting us and wrote in the message of the day:

 

" ITBAGNOOBS96 IS A GREAT LEADER I AM HELPING HIM OUT BECAUSE HE HAS BAD EMBLEM,TAG AND MOTTO!!!"

 

To make it clear, TBAG didn't make him leader, he hacked it. Our clan is level 20 with 41 members and we don't want to lose it because of a him.

    I could recommend starting a chat session with online customer support and message beachhead directly. Explain your situation To them and hopefully they can find a solution for you.

     

    Also are you sure your clan leader didn't mean to kick this person and accidentally promote them to clan leader? The options are right next to each other, so maybe there's a chance a mistake was made?

    Did your leader have his password the same as his gamer tag?

     

    Another reason for having a stronger password.

      Hey, bottom line people are out in xbox live land that can and do and will hack accounts. Some people act like this can't be done or the OP is not telling the truth. It's not because he had a weak password or what ever else, hackers are good at what they do, and what they do is hack. Strange thing is, is a hacker usually doesn't let you know his user name or gamertag. A hacker is most discreet in his hack. So all in all, this makes very little sense to call this guy a hacker. Some one within the clan had something to do with this. Just my oppinion, I could be wrong.

        I'm pretty sure they hacked us... they changed the clan name again to Badman Tings II .

        Oh and I went to the actual Nsty Krew facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/NsTyKrewDFKOBE

        and they posted this on their page:

         

        "BY THE WAY YOU GUYS THERES A STUPID MOTHERFUCKER WITH OUR NAME WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR US SO MAKE SURE YOU APPLY TO THE CORRECT ONE NsTy Krew II NOT NsTy Krew 2..MY SECOND CLAN IS LEVEL 22 SO DO NOT FUKN APPLY TO THOSE ******* WHO ARE LEVEL 20!!! **** THOSE *******..."

         

        The guy who hacked us is inviting tons of new members who don't even know we're hacked and they want to join the clan just the actual NsTy Krew clan.

        Here's what they posted on the message of the day on our clan page.

         

        "Everybody if you want to join Nsty Krew LEVEL 47 you must join this clan and compete in clan op"

         

         

        They now changed the clan name to Badman Tings 2 . This must means their trolling and doing this for some reason...

         

         

         

        Can you guys please not be accusing people of giving the leadership to him or having a weak password? All I've seen now at elite is that they steal 50$ from us and we get no support whatsoever. I bought elite for clan ops and somewhat for the map packs. Since they made map packs 50 percent off and won't fix this issue which may get worse because they might delete it, I don't see a reason why I bought elite anyway.

    Dude I hate to say it but your clan leader shold have changed his pasword or he infact made this dude the leader.

    This bothers me because i just had this happen to me. Some guys said they were going to do something if i let them be leader then they kicked me changed the name and everything. I worked 3 weeks on that clan by myself for some idiots to take it. Now i am starting all over again.

    Next you need to explain to me, either through a message or on this, what 'exactly' happened.

     

    If I support you then I can try to get it back. I am a hacker, but I do not use it against others. Report me how ever and I will backtrack your ip address and literally destroy your ******* computer.

    Try them all so i respond fast. I need all the information. "So called hackers" name, your clan name. Etc. Most likely he is a scammer, scammers will be punished.
