Cannot download the Elite App on PS3.

Hey guys I've pre-ordered the premium but it isn't yet activated, I tried to download the Elite App and it says that it isn't available for download.

I also did not recieved any code with the Elite or anything, am I the only one with that problem?

Try waiting about an hour and a half... then American's will start getting the release, which means ELITE should finally be up. I'm waiting here in the U.S. for ELITE, since I'm not planning on going to the release, I just want to activate my premium account as soon as possible...

Hello. I have been an ELITE member for a while. I can play with all the new maps and all that just fine. My issue is when I try and go into ELITE on my game it Keeps telling me an UPDATE IS REQUIRED FROM PS3. Where and how do I go about doing this???
