Pre-Order outside US.

Hey guys maybe this topic is made or there it is in FAQ, but i don't seem to find it. i have a small question, im not from the US but i want to preorder Black ops 2, is there any other way?

if i didn't tryied the pre-order button i wouldn't be making this post. south american countries are not in the list.
