Rhino pre order problems

Can anyone direct me how to claim the Rhino level. I have my code from my game stop receipt but I cannot find anywhere to enter it in either the game or the Xbox game market place. Someone please help!

press the middle button on the controller and got over to the left and then down to 'redeem code' and enter the code
