Most useless proficiency in MW3?

I did a most useless perk post, and most of us agreed it was Overkill.
Now what could be the most useless proficiency? In my opinion, I think that it's stability. With kick, 2 attachments, damage, range, it does hide on the shadows of all those. But in all honesty, it almost does nothing. Reduced weapon sway? Most people hip-fire, and there's no weapon sway on Wii-Mote, except when you're ADS with a sniper-rifle. And you can't tell at all with the CCP.
What's your opinion on this, and what do you think the most useless proficiency is?
I definitly don't think overkill is the most useless perk. Marksman and hardline are way more useless in my opinion. Overkill can be used if your primary weapon is only good for close or long range. The only thing that makes overkill somewhat, and that is the slightest bit useless is because of overpowered side arms. There is no reason that side arms should be used a primaries in a first person shooter. But either way I don't think overkill is the most useless perk. I was very excited to find out that IW was bringing back Overkill.
But to the question at hand. I think the most useless proficiency is breath. Kick shouldn't be in the game because people should learn to cope and play with recoil instead of getting rid of it and making shooting to easy. But breath is definitley the most useless in my opinion.
Well every perk has it's ups and downs. Most people agreed that Overkill was useless due to overpowered secondary's and other perks in the same tier like assassian or quickdraw.

Marksman is worthless, and for the work you have to do to get pro only to hold breath longer. All Marksman does is make it able to identify enemy's name at a longer range...Blah. Breath is also worthless. Overkill would be fun, if it was in tier 1 or 3.
Wrong forum post, but Marksman is actually a really good perk. People judge the perk before they use it. It's like a legit wall hacks.
Marksman is a must for snipers. It's also effective with assault rifles.
Breath is almost the same as Stability. Plus, for the Wii consoles it really defeats the perpose of it.
Melee or Breath.

Stablity is pretty useless because on most weapons sway can be reset to zero simply by aiming in-and-out. Breath is also the same story.
About marksman, my only problem with it is how assassin pro completely counter it. It would be better if assassin pro only limited the range on marksman. Overkill, lets face it, is down right a waste of a perk. It sounds good in theory having a SMG along with your sniper, but in actual pratice it just doesn't work. Overkill was an attempt to put some of the greatness of cod4 into mw3 but failed in doing so.
I have to disagree about overkill. I don't think it is useless, because I use it and have seen other people using it. I feel like it would have more potency if IW could make a game with out side arms being more effective then some primaries. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a FPS where people are using secondary weapons deliberately to have an edge of their already horrible game play. It is pretty much a boost for bad players. It is a benefit for people who use "super indestructible plastic riot shields". They can use a riot shield and a real weapon.
Breath. It's between Breath and Stability, but I think Breath is worse.
I think its breath because if your using the wii remote, it really doenst matter. Marksman is really common to hackers without red-box that has no recoil. They could be killing people across the map with fmg9 red-dot.
fudge no! stability is one of the greatest if not greatest proficiency for snipers, there are a lot of snipers that would agree with me ![]()
It has a good use if your using a regular scope. Other than that it sucks.

Stability, hands down. There's almost no idle sway with the Wiimote.
Stability but only if youre using the wii mote on CCP it's heavenly.
The most useless proficiency in the game? Hands down Attachments on the Model. I mean seriously what the heck is up with that?
They made it to where you cant select it
