Have not recieved emblems.

Our Clan:   o42O   does not yet have the elite clan emblems, as of 5:40 PM eastern. Its   o42O    with an O not a 0. We are clan level 33 as of right now. We have seen all the other clans we play against in the past two hours with all of the elite emblems that they have already earned. What's going on? Is there anything I'm supposed to do as the clan leader?
