You can't report yourself, but you can ask your friend to report you.

Call xbox support tell them your situation and ask for a system ban that's your best bet

First offence is a 48hr ban and your stats reset.
Second offence I understand it now to be a 48hr ban your stats reset and 10,000 deaths added to your account.
Third I think is a ban

They stopped adding the 10,000 deaths and 1,000 losses a while back, and the second offense is a 7 day ban with reset.

I thought that too but I was checking on a booster I reported for a second offence and they had the deaths added to their account and this was only about a month or so ago.

Is me admitting I boosted enough evidence for anything to happen? cuz its pretty obvious if you compare stats with me and look at personal bests

That's odd, one of my friends got reset for boosting about a month ago as well, and he doesn't have the deaths or losses. Maybe it's on a case by case basis.

This guy I reported hammered the boosting. He got back to prestige 10 in under 2 days of game play.

I've done in-game reporting but who knows what happens there.
I've only done one "out of game" reporting for boosting (with clear, uncontrevertible evidence from Elite page), sent PM to BanCandy and BanStacher here... nothing has happened yet. I think this was done 4/5 days ago.
Thought it would be a little quicker like that when it comes through this forum and has specific date/time/gamertag/kills-deaths in the message.

Sounds like someone caught you boosting said they filmed it and are reporting you.
So you crapped yourself and thought you would try to admit it. It's very odd that you would ask to report yoyrself

Sorry but I'm not having that. You are not and will never be a legit player ever again, your a booster which means you cheated. It doesn't matter if admit it or not, it doesn't matter that your seeking a ban/reset or not.
If you boost even once then your a cheat and it's a tag you will have to live with long after your ban has run out, there should be an emblem for it.

When someone THEMSELVES want to get reset it means you want some guy that whupped you hide to get banned / reset.
We have seen hundreds of there posts before.
----------------------------
In either case , in case this one time is the truth, you will risk EVERYTHING when you get reset in MW3 and that includes a report that could be sent to Microsoft for cheating if the PET members wishes it so. If IW sends MS a cheat report you WILL get banned permanently off of Xbox Live and lose all your Points, Time, DLC , etc.
Now if IW wants to ban or reset you if you have even one peice of history doing this before in MW3 you will be permanbanned from the game and still will have to buy another Gamertag and DLC to play the game again.

When you change your GT, you have to unlink and then relink your Elite account sometimes...
1st, Offence = 48 hr ban and full stat reset usually...

who would report themselves, this isnt like you murdered someone and you need to turn yourself in.. if you boosted and you know you shouldnt have,a nd you want to correct it, then just create a new account.. you seem to want your legit stuff back, but I think its too late for that, if i was you, Id just scrap that account and start over.. not the end of the world

To everyone who is freaking out,
It's not a big deal anymore. I think its pretty funny that some of you think you are detectives and try to figure out what "really" happened. In all honesty I boosted 1 time and I wanted to report myself so i can reset the stats I ruined. I know it seems odd that somebody would do this, but I don't really care about my prestige rank anymore. I would rather have honest stats and be a rank 80 non prestige than fake ones at 13th. The reason I didn't scratch this account is because I have all of my online passes for other games for this gamertag and don't want to buy new ones. So again its no big deal haha. Thanks for responses though.
and ps. and the reason my elite says pet the beaver is because i changed it after I got elite, and elites being a little slow with changing it.- Report Abuse
