Black ops language HELP PLEASE

I have a bit of a problem Is it possible to change language in Black Ops ? Because I tryed to change it through steam, so I went to my Library right clicked on Black Ops and clicked 'View Downloadable Content' and selected English as my language. It downloaded the files, but when I run the game it comes up with an error : EXE_CANNOT_FIND_ZONE

Please HELP ! Thank you.

    You can try to run steam as a admin. Go to C:\Program Files\Steam or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam. Right click on steam and click properties, go to compatibility and click the box; run this program as an administrator. And after that just press OK, I hope it will help you
