Kk so it is believed that you wont get the emblems that are unlocked before your current clan level. it has also been said that this will be fixed very soon.
as of the next patch every clan emblem that should have been unlocked through previous levels will now be unlocked and the rest of the emblems will be unlocked in the normal way(leveling up the clan)
