No man founder is a person who bought "Premium" before MW3 came out. Premium are the people who bought it after a certain date. To clearify everything you level up your clan by Clan ops. Pretty straightforward. Do your best then based on your performance you are ranked into tiers and earn 250, 500, 1000, or 2500 XP if you place fist!.

Now you play the clan ops, but you also can get founders who haven't used their 500 free Xp, they help level up and play in clan ops. The only way to level up your clan is if your members have premium or founder to actually count in the clan ops. You can still have free elite people in your clan.

Now I also saw a diagram early this month about clan challenges. When face-off came out i thought it was those. You played a clan, if you won you got some XP. Wrong, no XP 4 my clan. So if anyone knows more about these clan challenges let me know. That would be cool to constatly be leveling up your clan. Not waiting a week to do 2-3 clan ops. So let me know ABOUT THESE CLAN CHALLENGES!
