ELITE App Problem: "Must Accept Terms of Use"

Problem here. Whenever I try to log into the app on Android it's telling me that In ever accepted the Terms of Use for my account, which is impossible since you must accept it when you create your account. If I go to the /terms page on elite.callofduty.com it's in a different language than the one I understand, English, and the page is effectively broken.
How do I get this fixed? I'd like to use the mobile application but its simply broken at this point.
Cute little error or bug with ELITE website... disregard, everything works now.

I am also having this problem, there was a revision to the ToS to which I had accepted (it popped up when I logged into codelite's site), however it seems the iOS app thinks I still need to accept the new ToS. I haven't been able to login into the iOS app for a few days now....
I got the same problem. Its freakin annoying. I already accepted them on my laptop and it wont let me log in on my android. I cleared cookies and cache and still nothing.
Same problem. I went to my profile here on the PC and the ToU did pop up (for about the 15th time since November). I accepted and still get the same message on the app.
I actually tried contacted tech support and they me that the reason the app is not longer working for me, even though it is a terms of service problem, was that my Android phone is not on the supported list. Since it was not supported even though I redownloaded it from Google Play, the app does not support my phone. The reason that it had worked was because of some glitch or something. Even though I have another account that worked until I accepted the new terms. Now neither works. I am guessing it is a timing issue ot someone dropped the ball.
Does anyone have a working app as of now?
ATTENTION! ANYONE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM DO THE FOLLOWING TO FIX IT:
I just found the fix for this by accident. It appears that your phone app will give you this error if you have not accepted the Terms of Service on the Xbox 360 app. To fix this, open the app on your console, and sign in. It will ask you if you accept the Terms of Service. Accept them. Now your mobile app should work. PS3 users experiencing this problem probably should do the same thing. I do not have a PS3 so I do not know if this will fix it for sure.

Works for PS3 now too with the same method (discovered it by accident as well
)
Just opened the Elite app on the PS3 and it asked me to Accept the Terms.
Now the Android app works fine.

I can't believe i didn't think of this lol.... confirmed working for the Elite app on the PS3... now my iOS app has no issues. I wonder why accepting the ToS through the browser didn't register hmmm... :S

You can accept the new TOS on the website, but it won't automatically pop up - log in to the website, then go to "My Account," click on "Profile," and THEN you will see the Terms of Service.
Accept them from there, and then the mobile app should log in.
Anybody having this problem, confirm that this works if you try it and it does. Worked for me!
This is a known issue for some users which we're fixing in an upcoming update. Until this fix is implemented, please follow the below steps to accept the new Terms of Service and enable mobile app access:
1. Log into the Call of Duty ELITE website at https://elite.callofduty.com
2. Click "My Account"
3. Click "Profile"
4. Accept the Terms of Service after being prompted
5. Login into the Call of Duty ELITE mobile app
