PS3 hi i had the same thing till just now i fixed it by deleting the patch by going into game data and deleting all mw3 stuff and then strting the game

and it will ask you to reinstall 1.16 do that then go to store within mw3 and redowload face off maps free for whatever BLES code you have then after that re download you maps the problem was for me i didnt download the right BLES code for free face off maps and this affected the 1.16 patch recognizing my DLC collection 1

same here on ps3, I can play newest maps in elite playlist, but that message in red letters is getting annoying tho..lol

And yesterday the newest maps were showing up in the standard playlists, that really screwed things up trying to get people together in lobbys........everything is all screwy anymore.

I'm really sorry for the confusion and frustration--- I believe that there's a solution to all of this. Even if you have all the DLC (or some), please try downloading all the DLC (it's actually asking you to download ownership keys; an update rather than the entire file again). So don't delete your DLC, just try "redownloading" and see if that works.

Again, I'm sorry for this confusion and hope to have a better solution for this situation soon
