MW3 Collection #2 MISSING OR DAMAGED ERROR ON PC

I try to join a game it says "Required map xxxx(I forgot the map name) is missing or Damaged. Gain access by purchasing a map pack".

DLC1 had same problem."Required map Piazza is missing or Damaged. Gain access by purchasing a map pack".

I can't play any DLC. I'm not sure how to fix this problem. HELP PLZ

Hey, It's the same for me!! >.< My Collection 1 is working but not Collection 2.. It says "Required map Sanctuary is missing or Damaged. Gain access by purchasing a map pack"..
I tried "Verifying Game Cache Files" and to start the game with the DLC store page but still doesn't work.. Please someone help us!

Have the same problem!

I have tried to verify the integrity of the game cache without luck.

akicui is your single player set to automatically update?

I did everything listed here, but nothing worked until I DELETED my APPCACHE found in program files/ steam/ appcache
Delete that, then restart Steam; Hopefully that works for you too.

  Would you happen to know why clicking ''help / steam support'' is absolutely futile dead inactive useless inside of Steam? I mean is that normal for most steam clients?

install/ update single player MW3 then play the campaign,this should trigger an update where the map will appear in multiplayer MW3
