I didn't find it a problem in Black Ops or MW3. MW2 was the only game where it got out of hand
MW3 should've took the approach as in Black Ops. They Damn near made it useless in MW3.

They already have to travel a certain distance to work, unless a direct impact.

that is just ridiculous. How can a projestile that explodes upon impact, not explode upon impact? Some people just whine far to much.

I have some uses for it. I have plenty of kills with it. I am of course a ProPiper though.
I think that you should be allowed to have either an underbarrel grenade launcher, or a secondary grenade launcher, but not both. This would cut down on the excessive use of noob tubes. I'm not really concerned about noob tubing in BO2 though, considering that they have already stated that noob tubes will be taken out of the hardcore mode.
