How to have 2 throwing knives?

i saw someone with 2 thrwing knives, how do u get that? or is it an exploit?

Have Scavenger as your blue perk. You can restock on Throwing Knifes.

It's probably just a glitch or something, unless you thought you saw them with 2.
I've used the TKnives since I started playing this game and have only ever had 1 at a time, although I have noticed in some vids people seem to be able to get out their knife and put it back without chucking it, if I do that I have to drop it and pick it back up, lol.

    Seriously? haha! thanks you wouldn't believe the amount I've lost because I've gone to chuck it at someone that's just been killed by someone else, disappeared or run off round a corner.

  You can take the knife out then switch wepons n that puts the knife up without chucking it

Video or it didn't happen. Scavenger let's you pick up knives from the packages, so if there are 20 packages lying around, someone could potential fling 20 knives your way.......

could it be the person just had the Melee perk on their handgun, and a throwing knife?
