See: This is just what I DON'T like about twitter.
WHAT IMPROVEMENTS?
That "tweet" tells me nothing.
Either they start giving us proper documentation; or they can just sit on their game.
I will look at this again when I am at home, as my work's firewall is blocking the screenshot from showing and when I select the HTML code for it, it is still blocked lol.
You would think that if they were going to use the same engine as the previous game that, they would use the fixed one but with Treyarch they seem to use the non fixed version each time.
This means absolutely nothing.
"BlackOps 2 will have significant performance improvement for PC"
Seriously did anyone expect them to NOT make a statement like this?
What was the main problem that most people had with Black Ops... Optimization and poor performance.
Activision has shown time and time again that they will lie and say and/or promise anything they can if it will get them what they want.... and what do they want? To break pre-order records and rake in mountains of cash.
Of course they're going to tell us it has been "improved" over Black Ops...
Only a complete fool would read this tweet and go "oh cool It won't run crappy like BO did, I'll go pre-order now"
True story! They will never confirm nor say anything about the game that's negative. Not in a million years.
So while we do appear to have some decent news, take everything with a grain of salt.

Yes, please give us some specifics PCDev.
It won't happen till around 1 or 2 month's before release and that is where they will say what the requirements are etc and to be honest you will probably notice it will, be the same BS that was told to us about Black Op's and Modern Warfare 3.
