I received a rude message from a player who'd been in our lobby. I reported the player via the message/view player profile section. I then noticed that in the recent players list, there were 2 identical players, both having been on within 5 minutes of each other. One had written they were from the USA and the other as Australia. The one that had been in the game was the USA one with higher stats and part of a level 18 clan. The other one was the one sending messages to myself and others in the lobby.

It appears the person has somehow created 2 accounts with the same name (letter for letter) and is using one to play and using the other to abuse people to protect his playing account. Is that even possible? The facts were there on the screen but I can't see how.
