I started all this yesterday, I tried multiple times now. I keep getting this laggy crap and the sound is all messed up. In theater, they look normal, render and upload to youtube it literally can't even a be called a video. Here, this is what it looks like. The video I JUST uploaded as my last test to see if it would work.

Obviously, it didn't work. All my videos are like this and some are even more annoying/loud. How do I fix this?! Pleaseeee help lol. It's really starting to bother me.
