Well... CoD has died.

Definitely the worst CoD ive ever played.

Campaign is terribly boring!! Specs Ops is trying to be zombies but can not beat it and gets boring as well.

And then theres online Multiplayer.... EVERYTHING about it is wrong. Terrible maps. Guns are now useless or over-powered. The game modes are not fun at all (meaning the new ones they have added).

Gameplay sucks. Graphics suck. all it is is definitely MW2.5. Good CoD games were and still are WaW and all the ones before that!

There no point in CoD anymore its not getting better its getting worse each year. Like the game stands for MW3 = Money Wasted 3 times.

  Nah when it first came out it was amazing to be honest and was the first time people saw the zombie mode and the campaign was just amazing! action packed every second! But with MW3 its doesnt look or feel it feels slow and dull.

    Funny you mention Zombies, but not the multiplayer, Zombies was the only reason anyone play that pos, it was a poorly made COD4 clone

        Zombies was a copy of Castle Wolfstien, not original and repeative, the single player was about has historically accurcate as a Tank in Roman Times and its vetarn diffucity was nade spam

I admit MW3 is not my favorite... I had more fun playing Black Ops. What I liked about Black Ops:

- currency system allowing us to buy weapons, attachements, etc...
- more customizable red dots (styles, colors, lens)
- face paints
- emblems creator (damn I miss that...)
- ability to put emblems or clan tag on weapons

Treyarch really stood a part from IW's classic CoD with Black Ops. The features above are orignal and creative. MW2 was a huge step from CoD 4 but MW3 fails in doing so. It's more like MW 2.5 and the .5 is only attribuable just because of:

- 3 different types of Killstreak systems
- prestige shop

The rest is pretty much the same. They didn't put a lot of new weapons even if they tried to fool us with redesigned weapons (MP5, M4A1, Model 1887, etc). MW3 is more of a copy/paste job than anything else...

My hopes are on Treyarch's next Black Ops (Black Ops 2, Black Ops: Iron Wolf...). I can't wait to see what they'll come up with! I'm pretty sure it's gonna be amazing! I just hope they're making this one using a different engine than the old one they've been using with WaW and Black Ops...

  Sorry Treyarch and Creative should never be used in a post, because they arent, its IW's Engine, IW do the SP, Raven do the MP and Zombies, Treyarch are just a marketing company

    But still Black Ops was better and IW failed with MW3 its not fun i did have fun on Black Ops tbh.

      MW3 has out sold Black Ops, so your point is moot, Black Ops also was a poorly made port on the PS3 and it showed.

        may have out sold it but still wasent better in my opinion, i hate everything on MW3 dont find it fun in anyway on Black Ops they tried making it more fun with brighter colours cusimization things like that, i dont see any fun mw3 its just another cod really :/

        All Cods are bad especially MW3 classic ones are the best the new ones are the ones that seem to suck.

        no i said classic cods are the best not black ops things like CoD 2 big red one CoD 1 <-- online on cod 1 felt fun! new cods have lost that fun,

        oh yeah the custom characters that only changed when you changed perk 1, very limited compared to Rainbow 6 Vegas which had more and was released 4 years ago

        it is more fun. period, no arguing about it. the whole cold war feel is excellent. maps are better. more quality guns. inventive perks. maps are better. you dont die from one bullet. no QS BS. rc-xd is so fun. although i wish it has bouncing betties like MW3. ill miss thoughs now ive smashed my disk because of this last patch. which is a joke to call it a patch.

  Black Ops was 8888, ran just as crappy as this game. Was a horrible port for PS3. NO one got away from that.
  
  Everything you stated is a childish concept made to appeal to tweens and immature people. To keep them buying DLC. That whole game was a Beta.

  what an objective post. I agree 100%. MW3 is the most casual noob friend game that caters to the lowest common denominator of gamers, first timers.

At the end of the day it's all subjective, some hate it, some love it..no point going on about it now is there

personally i prefer the mw series over the waw/black ops stuff
