I think the main thing is that people want to see something new. We see the same guns from MW2 have been put in MW3 (granted they are slightly different but the main gist is the same). People are just wanting to see more variety in what people use and the only ways to do that is (A) add new guns OR (B) change the stats of the underused guns to make them more "powerful"

I might be interested in a weapon DLC when I finally get 2,500 kills with all currently available weapons, but that won't be happening any time soon. lol

This is a idiotic post, and here is why.

No matter how many more guns they add to the game, the same guns will still keep getting used over and over. I play a lot of HC SnD and the majority of the guns on that game mode are MP7. Now I ask, why would I want them to add more guns, when if they put one on there that people like, that will be all they use as well, and we will just see a lot of that gun. Why dont you get every gun on the game gold, or atleast try it out and make it work for you. I quit prestiging at Level 2, and I always switch up my guns on different maps, and I never get bored. I have one setup that is my ol faithful, and other than that I have nothing but variety in each gun slot. Quit bitching about a game and its guns. If you want variety go make a game yourself and add variety to it. I rather have new maps, maps are what keep the game fresh for me. The maps that came out with the game are atrocious and cluttered. One map I can jump up on a vehicle that is 4 feet off the ground. Another map I can jump up on a vehicle that is 4 feet off the ground, and the top of a building 2 more feet above that I cant get onto. ***** about that.

I wish IW would just say, "Look guys, we are NOT going to have any gun DLCs for this game, not ever' just so we can put this subject to bed for good.
