I was accepted as prospect and apparently kicked the same day.

It a General rating in the forums, that means, NO FOUL LANGUAGE OF ANY KIND. EVER!

And do not under any circumstance offer assist in making the Rules absolute. That is what RULES are, absolute.

They have a large grey area left for interpretation. I asked and gave suggestions to the head founder admin, Chevyguy. I was tactful in how I approached this and he left no room for interpretation. I asked him to explain himself, and that his rules needed slight amending.

I believe but I'm not positive that he has kicked me for asking for obvious clarification that he was not willing to give. He approached me with immediate hostility and unjust warning. Then with no further explaination I have not the permission to return, as I fear he could not admit a slight, fixable flaw. Could not tolerate an easy bandage and took the dictatorship approach to this.

I apologized for using the word "as&@ole" and reminded him it a PG13 word, his comment was that little children eyes might be watching the forums for such profanity.

Also, Chevyguy seemed. Unwilling to realize he's playing a 17+ game with loud audible profanity.

I admitted my fault and remained unclear to where my "excessive language" came of as a rant. I accepted the warning he imposed, and suggested furer clarification and maybe a possible Ammendment to such.

I was banned.

I'm not bashing the clan as they all seem great. I'm asking for clarification on how Chevyguy can issue a warning, a just punishment. But when I accepted that AND asked for an Ammendment to be made, seems he is not one to admit to wrongfulness and chose a dictatorship response to this very simple inquiry.

Any input would be appreciated.
