Ok,I'll explain the problem.I've got a Clan on Elite,i said my Clan mates to accept the invites and they did so.One mate did this like others,but then he got a serious prolem,when he tried to log in,the sistem didn't recognized his account datas,so he follow the steps to have a new password,he clicked "send the email" to receive his new datas,but when he went to the mail he haven't received anything.We tried for times,but everytime it was a fail.So,I deceided to help him by creating for him a new account with another email and password.It worked,he log the PSN ID Account to the ELITE Account and he entered again in the Clan.But i gotta say that when he registered the first time he log the PSN ID Account to the ELITE account too,maybe is this the cause of the problem.But that's the problem: he's an ELITE PREMIUM MEMBER,so when we do Clan Operations his score should be counted,but this isn't happening!!Why?Please,I've really got to have help.If you got some more informations of this case to help me as much as possible,simply answer me and I'll fast to answer you.I say it again,urgent help needed!!!
