Does anyone know if BanCandy is still active?

I saw a post a few months ago saying that BanCandy was only a couple of weeks behind in reports.

I reported someone well over 3 weeks ago for the double XP glitch (the person has over 80 days worth) but nothing has happened.

I have PM'd BanCandy through the Your Stuff section at the top, is there any other method that may be quicker?

I want to report plenty of other people that I have caught but it seems pointless until I have seen the first guy I reported get reset.
