I would say there's no difference.  If you LET someone capture it you're boosting.  PERIOD.  In other words, if you have to chance to kill the enemy but you stop and let him capture it, that's blatantly doing something to increase your score and therefor boosting. 

Pretty much but what im exactly saying with the obvious chance of getting banned is that all the mods suck and havent been active in a long time. Not that any have any idea how this game runs noor is suppose to run. They are glorified noobs and only cutpurse is helpful. Other than that anything on this forum is a waste of time and Im so smashed and expect to be perma banned even though I have said no profanity.
