It was retardedly(don't think thats an actual word) OP in Mw2. And massively useless in Mw3(IW just stay the hell away from this Perk). But Black Ops made it perfect, allowing us to "reload" our frags and Semtex and Tactical grenades, from our fallen brethren and enemies. Thats all I want, the ability to re-arm myself with my Stun-grenades. No launchers(Lock-on only perhaps), no claymores, no C4. Just bullets and 'nades.
