Well at least, you need a hardware device for it, what makes the most code abuser unable to use it, since they just leeching codes.

Not long, then theres a System wich is closed for them, then we can play in peace and they can hack the crap out of each other at the Wii. And looking at the 3DS which still is not hacked (the 3ds mode) and so, makes cheating impossible... We probably will have a long period, before the parasites come back.

This isn't quite the same. You no longer need a USB gecko to account hop. It's the same thing but it's now available to all the squeakers with SD cards who get mad at anyone who kills them. Also, for the record, this isn't new since Black Ops. This has been going on since World at War. The difference is that now it's a lot less secretive.
