My clan and I played in yesterdays clan operation. We ended up with gold but we had 3 hours of intense game play with a lot of out KD going down because of all the captures we had to get. Well one lobby we got into, one player from another clan said "if you guys won't kill, we won't kill" We all started laughing and figured he was just joking and played normally. Then after the operation i decided to do a search and apprently some clans actually do that. They negotiate a deal with another clan, no killing, and both clans just keep going back and forth capturing the same location. Isn't that boosting? Is that even allowed? I mean here we were busting our butts and dropping our KD for 3 hours while some clans were taking it easy. Are clans getting punched for such stratagies?
Report them, it is definitely boosting, and IW will deal with them.
Your the second person reporting such a thing, someone else posted the same topic. Interesting how people are willing to boost for make believe points! Don't fall for this cheap tactic.
I would've said yes play along with and then get my team to kill everyone. Trolololololol
This guy is trying to troll us ![]()
That sounds like cheating!
Making any type of deal in any game with the other side is wrong![]()
That what I thought. But how are clans getting 1,500 captures in 3 hours? Are they watching the game play and making sure they actually play instead of trade captures?
1,500 caps?? WTF my clan got 465. No easy task for a clan that usually only plays HC TDM lol
Oh yeah I got into a game like that at first we didn't kill any one but then my entire random team said F that an we went to town on these bootsers they bailed b4 the game ended sending every one a msg about being A holes. it's fun p!ssin' off Boosters
It's sad, but if you go to the summary of last nights clan op -
https://elite.callofduty.com/compete/clan/events/view/1384
and look at the message board there are people boasting about how many captures their clan got.
If you click on some of these people and check their games from last night you'll see they're were an awful lot of games where there was a handful of kills (and in some cases 0 kills and 0 deaths in the entire match) but everyone managed about 15 captures each.
I would have thought that the enforcement team would have software to flag up this kind of suspicious activity, but apparently not...
