So I cant increase clan do as I can't play elite games all because I can't download a map and. Want t know why.

First off you are on a free account. Elite playlists are for Elite PREMIUM & FOUNDERS ONLY!

As a free account you can't aid your clan in Clan Ops (The only way at this time to get clan XP).

Now if you invite people into your clan that ARE Premium they will be able to gain your clan XP if you enlisted in a clan op they participate in. BUT, you as a free Elite member will not.

As to the map Sanctuary, That is part of the next release to non Elite members on XBL next week. It will be a month later it on PSN.
