stop whinning, it's fine the way it is nothing is overpowered. just because you suck and running and gunning doesn't mean that assasin or any other perk or weapon is overpowered. if you're unable to adapt then you're the one that's weak.

Hard core all the way man, the perks need to be left alone i said it before and i will say it again fix what is really broken with the game first and it is not the perks, out of sync games Lag/Lag Comp, that has to be fixed before we can say ok lets do some fine tuning with the perks or what ever eles have you.
