how do you report a whole clan?

any ideas?its just that i found 1 advertising a well known porn site in their clan title the other day,but apart from reporting them individually theres no way of reporting the whole clan.Told them i was reporting them and got told to "jog on you c**t".but thats a matter for the Microsoft enforcement team.

 

I have the game saved in my vault as proof if needed.

    Who cares? Why do you feel the need to report someone for their title? Are you 5? Grow up.

     

    Sounds like you got beat by them badly and just want to get back at them in some way.

          If they can put it in the title they are not breaking c.o.c.

          It wont let ya put in banned words,also i havent seen anywhere that you cant put in a web site in the clan title..And yes Mature is the key word , you agreed when you signed into muliplayer the first time that you were over 17 and you wouldnt be offended .so get thicker skin or stop playin multiplayer..

           

          But if you want to make yourself look bad her name is Bancandy  ...

              Actually when you signed in you did not agree you would not be offended. But you did agree to THIS

               

              OFFENSIVE MATERIALS:  Materials or language that others could reasonably find offensive, including materials or language that are profane, sexually explicit, involve hate speech (including racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), or relate to illegal drugs or illegal activities.  We believe that our intelligent members can make their points and offer their contributions WITHOUT the necessity of vulgarities or offensive content.

               

              On Xbox Live you also agreed that ANY game while using the xbox Live Service you will not advertise . As well as the fact that you would neither HINT or REFERENCE anything that would be deemed offensive.

               

              If they even have a sexual reference in their clan Microsoft can ban them from Xbox Live if it even lk=inks someone to a site from your Xblox Live Gamertag info.

               

              Wolverine you may want to go to Activision and Microsoft and read what you signed up for on Xbox Live as well as any games or tournaments. While you are using their console to access Xbox live you agreed to keep it E for everyone.

               

              And just because he feels against any sexual reference or not doesnt make him a pansy. He is just like all of the other gamers that dont want that kind of filth in their games.

               

              OP If you want to PM BanCandy I am pretty sure she will not laugh at you. She is professional and will treat it as such. Also call 1800 4 myXbox and tell them by phone that you wish to report them with better detail. The CS rep you talk to will send a direct PM to the Microsoft Policy Enforcement Team and it will get handled a lost quicker. Especially if you mention the effect it will have on children using the Xbox Live Service.

               

              My record on a ban was less than 10 minutes for handling sexual references. But that was because I knew the proper channels and what buttons to push

        Whoa bro. How about you be mature? Did their clan title hurt you? Why are you so bent up about it enough to go post on the forums and spend valuable time out of your day, just to report them?

         

        To me, it sounds like you're butthurt.

         

        PS: No, there isn't a way to report their clan title. You can probably waste more of your time by emailing Activision about it if it helps you sleep better at night.

      Exactly this. The game is rated mature. Sometimes while playing a game that's based on murdering as many people as possible, you come across some other grown up situations.

    This is just funny he said its a title with a web site on it. if you all want to get all upset over that to take away from the fact that this is such a small problem compared to all the other issues and there are clans called the "R@pe squad "that are recruiting on here everyday ( for the last couple months ) and the clan that recruited today with the name "F?ck your life".

     

    Ok so i was wrong ,I see now that If anyone has a problem with your GT/PSN clan tag , clan motto or anything that comes out of your mouth you can ban them..

     

    I didnt say ONE bad thing about bancandy I've had nothin but good to say about her.However this type of thing is why she seems to be months behind in getting the real problem players taken care of..

    Tell me all the rules are worth going after or is it just the ones that get you goin Starbuck?

      If you have a real problem player bothering you, and you want them dealt with more quickly, then PM the details to me, Smokes, or any other IW Enforcer and we will gladly help you out...

       

      I guess it depends on who decides what a "real" problem is?

       

      I usually have problem players taken care of on the same day I find them...

      Well I guess you got burned there .Pretty minor things to some people but very major things to Microsoft.  Microsoft does go after every violation of the Xbox Live Policy. To them a violation is still a violation.

       

      As I said they will ben you for something as simple as a communication violation. Some people here can vouch for that.

       

      Its simple to understand . It doesnt matter if they bother me, or the OP or not. they still are a bannable violation.

       

      And if someone were to put a pot reference in their Gamertag, bio, or other related portions of Xbox Live they will get banned to.

      as for that portion I and you quoted that is just the FORUM policy . that is not the Activision Onlie Gaming policy.

      Activisons site is very difficult to muddle through but here is a sample of one game policy...

      Due to you have to find a needle in a haystack at Activision I can tell you this. every Policy on Xbox dot com is enforced as well at Activision. they cannot ignore a MS policy due to they use Xboxs Service. Activision can also extend the Policy as it wishes. Such as banning Rapid Fire Controllers that Microsoft will allow.

    Why report the whole clan? The leader is the only 1 with access to the title editor
